Hello and welcome! My name is Shelby and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Since starting my work in mental health, my goal has always been to provide a steady, supportive space for healing. I provide compassionate, evidenced-based, virtual therapy for adults throughout the state of Florida.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I partner with individuals navigating life’s most complex challenges. My clinical experience includes supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, distorted thought processing, chronic illness, caregiver support and aging with dignity.
